Livingston State Bank Supports WBC!

2013 Christmas Telethon


Wisconsin Badger Camp is proud to announce it is the recipient of a $1,000 sponsorship from Livingston State Bank for the 40th Annual University of Wisconsin-Platteville Christmas Telethon in support of Wisconsin Badger Camp. The Christmas Telethon will be held Saturday, December 7th from noon to 10pm.  The money raised through the Telethon will help provide financial assistance for individuals with developmental disabilities who wish to attend camp in 2014.
“We would like to thank Livingston State Bank for supporting the Christmas Telethon,” Wisconsin Badger Camp Executive Director, Brent Bowers said. “Thanks to their generous contribution we are able to continue our mission of serving individuals with developmental disabilities!  We are proud of our relationship with Livingston State Bank for they have been a big supporter of the Telethon for over 10 years,” Bowers said. 
Wisconsin Badger Camp is a non-profit organization serving individuals with developmental disabilities by providing quality outdoor recreational experiences. During the 2013 camping season, Badger Camp served approximately 900 individuals from 54 counties in Wisconsin and the surrounding states. The cost for an individual to attend camp for one week is approximately $900.  The requested camp fee is only $700.
